Nice pic. I'm tryin to find the previous picture in that NA where she zaps him first from behind, flips him over and then she stabs with his claws all before he could react. Anyways back to the topic at hand Spider-Man beats Spider-Woman, he is stronger, faster and more agile plus he has the web. She has the venom blast which would allow her to play keep away for a while, and she can fly so she would avoid him for a while. But she can't fly for long and then he would get her. Wolverine holds off Sabretooth until Peter comes and double teams him.
