The Russian-The Russian originally had no super human abilities. He was at the peak of physical fitness and strength. He was also trained in the use of firearms. The Russian now has the following abilities.
Enhanced Abilities: The Russian seems to have super human strength and endurance.
Body Armour: The Russian�s body has been reinforced with metal making him more resilient to physical damage.
Enhanced Senses: The Russian has an enhanced olfactory sense allowing him to track by smell.
Healing: The Russian�s body has been healed and rebuilt by a team of medics and he is even able to survive as just a head.

Nightwing-Normal human with above average strength, stamina and agility for a man of his age.
Excellent hand-to-hand combatant with an aptitude for martial arts and acrobatics.

Above average intelligence with skills of a police detective.

Bullseye-Normal human with excellent hand-to-hand combat skills and a preternatural ability to use any object as a thrown projectile with deadly accuracy.
