Ikaris has a lot of power as an Eternal, with the molecule manipulation and all - you must think really bad-ass to take on both Supes and Cpt. Atom. Need to see Ikaris bio again before I decide.

Their has only been to beings that has beaten ikaris in h2h combat Forgotten One and Black Bolt. And Black Bolt and Ikaris weren't going all out is their little fight.

He's also freakishly durable. Short of molecular damage, he can pretty much pull himself back together from anything.
Supes and CA should beat up on him though. Superman simply outclasses him physically, Atom can at least counter some of his matter manipulation. Possibly all of it. Superman's also notoriously hard to mess with, so it might end up just being a pure physical beatdown.
