Because we don't know if he had his adamintium bones [or maybe we did, I forget], if his healing factor was stronger or weaker, if he was physically weaker or stronger, etc. If you look in the Sabertooth respect thread, there should be a scan of Sabertooth manhandling normal 616 BP.
Not really, because most people's powers were all over the place. Like Apoc was killed by a Black Bolt whisper, while in the normal 616 world he was not.
House of M is like AoA, it happened in real normal 616 time; but it was like an alternate reality.
