I'm inclined to say Midnighter, though vibarnium's a b**** to get around. He takes it in all around badassery though, I think he can pull a majority.

He crushed a guy's skull who was made of metal. And vibranium can be torn easily enough...MN'er has those metal shiruken (sp?) things all the time. That, and he owns in the fighting skill department. Aside from some insane fighting skills (I'm thinking maybe Taskmaster or KK...people of that caliber) no one will ever have a decided edge on MN'er in that area.
Of course, I'm biased toward Wildstorm, but I don't think I'm being unfair here. T-Challa would put up a good fight...but that's about it.
