Weapon-The Uni-Power is an extra-dimensional force that possesses an individual (or on one occasion, twins) in a time of crisis, transforming that person into Captain Universe. As Captain Universe, the transformed person typically retains his or her original personality and appearance, though with Captain Universe's costume and heroic traits superimposed over the original. Captain Universe generally possesses superhuman strength, flight, X-ray vision, telekinesis, enhanced senses, and a psychic awareness of imminent danger; when a person already possessing one or more of these abilities was transformed into Captain Universe, those abilities were amplified by a factor of fifty. Some manifesters of the Uni-Power have demonstrated other, less common abilities as well as failing to exhibit some of the more 'usual' powers. Possessing its own sentience, the Uni-Power can and will abandon a host if necessary, or if said host uses the granted abilities in a detrimental or criminal fashion.

Silver Surfer-The Silver Surfer possesses vast power known as the "Power Cosmic," which was granted him by Galactus as a part of the process of physically restructuring the Surfer's former organic body. He has the ability to channel ambient cosmic energy into his body at will, and expel it violently as concussive force or gently as a means to restructure molecules according to his mental design. He can generate beams of energy with sufficient destructive force to annihilate a planet or generate such subtle amounts of energy to restructure the molecules of the natural pigments within a plant to change its color. The Surfer can rearrange the molecules of matter to create other configurations, and can transmute elements.

The Surfer possesses Class 100 strength, allowing him to lift in excess of 100 tons. He can additionally increase his physical strength with the Power Cosmic, enabling him to move virtually limitless amounts of mass. In addition, his body can move and react at superhuman velocities.

Firestorm-(I, III) Ability to rearrange the atomic and molectular structure of matter; Can alter the density of objects, including his own body, and render them intangible; Can project bolts of nuclear energy, fly at great speed, and absorb explosive force and radiation in to his body harmlessly.
