I'm going to assume no speedblitzing as its so cheap, and in that case I'd give it to team Marvel. It will take a lot to put classic Juggernaut down and on top of that they have Strange, and Thor who can both cause major damage. Assuming Doom has his shield's up at the start hes smart enough to counter anything Batman can come up with, and his and Strange's magic could really mess Superman up. A Doom Ironman double team could be a good match for Green Lantern too. I dunno, I lean to Marvel just because of classic Juggernaut.

Godscribe, the team speed of JLA will make all the difference, unfortunately. Cripes! Flash, Superman and WW?!....half of Marvel would be dead or ko'd before the first second.

WW could lasso blackbolt and command him to tell team marvel what he thinks of them. or she could hurl him into space. flash takes out dr. strange b4 he can utter a word
supes takes down doom and ironman in a monent.
GL launches juggernaut into orbit, and he and jonntag team thor. GL then spikes vision with an EMP
Team marvel does NOT have more power. Strange is the wild card here. Otherwise, JLA is far more powerful. Iron man and vision vs. a green lantern? C'mon now....
