Hulk w/power gem. Most of the X-men can't even hurt him.

Power gem thunderclap. That'd take care of most of them, cept Kitty who coluld phase, Kurt who could port behind Hulk and possibly Iceman and Rachel. Course what they're going to do against them is questionable. I don't think TP's have a great deal of success manipulating the Hulk, So that could be Rachel out of the fight, Kurt and Kitty can't really do anything but run away. Which leaves Iceman, can he still do the liquid stealing from peopes bodies and survive as water vapor?

Regular hulk would take at most 10 min to defeat these guys. It'd take Hulk w/Power Gem 2 min to defeat them

Hulk doesnt need the gem and probably wont be able to do anything besides subconciously tap into it anyway.

Hulk at a normal state will take out the X-Men? The X-Men. You guys understimate them too much. Maybe with a much weaker roster yeah...

X-Men should win a majority, imo. The key to beating any version of the Hulk, and doubly so with a Hulk with the power gem, is to not get caught up in a h2h fight. That being said, the X-Men have enough versatility on their roster to win a majority (hell Iceman might be able to win by himself ...)
For example there is the possibility of telepathic attacks, BFR by Storm and the telekinetics, a whole myriad of attacks by Iceman, and several attack options that include limb/organ removal by Nightcrawler and Shadowcat just to name a few. The point is not to assume that any fight including the Hulk means that the opponent must only fight h2h against him.
