flash v makkari: not a race -- a fight!
i personally don't think there's much doubt that flash is faster, but some have raised the issue that mak is overall much more powerful than flash and would own flash rather easily in a 'real' battle. i don't believe it for a second but i'm curious about what others think.
Makkari is comparable in speed with Flash, seeing as though he has the essence of speed aura. Presently he's so fast, he cant slow down or have conversations with people. And oh, hes like a class 50, so hed probably snap Flash like a twig.

flash steals his speed and mak is done. or flash travels back in time to before he was 'the essence' and kills him. or he IMP's him, a shot that is said to do as much or more damage than a punch from superman! it also ko's a superman level white martian.

Flash attempts to use vibration- it only slows Makkari down. Makkari blasts or snaps Flash

How is he going to affect him even if he is at C if his target is say half of C? Inifinite is such a crap phrase used that unless metaphysics and philosphy is brought into it cannot really be proven
That said how do you cut infinity in half? Exactly you cannot really. However if Makari is moving half the speed of C then Flash isn't moving at C relative to Makari actions.
