Onslaught is powerful but Uni-Mind is the combination of hundreds of Eternals and only beings as powerful as the Celestials could disband them.

Uni-mind was never as powerful as Onslaught but he had the potential to become more powerful (as did Onslaught actually, both have limitless potential). Onslaught wins, he doesn't need physical form to exist and Unimind never reached his level
