Steel (III), as he battles Supergirl John Henry Irons has no superhuman abilities. However, he wears a suit of power armor which grants him flight, super strength and endurance. Steel modified his suit many times through his career. The initial "Man of Steel" design was armed with a wrist-mounted rivet gun and the sledgehammer (such as used by his namesake John Henry) that was ubiquitous for most of his designs. The hammer hits harder the farther it is thrown. The original design featured a metal version of Superman's "S" insignia in tribute to the (temporarily) deceased hero, which Irons removed after the return of the "real" Man of Steel. A later design incorporated a similar, but different, "S" symbol.
Currently, Steel is still Natasha who's Steel suit does have a tiny bit of Imperiex power. I know she can Teleport basically anywhere, is pretty damn strong, and can control her molecules to at very least change size.
John is coming back soon, but if using the current Steel, Namor will be fighting Natasha.

Agreed. If he's smart, he's use whatever is in Natasha's suit and any tech that in the watchtower database.
