Aaarrggg. Its hard to say. Shiva is arguably the best in the DCU Earth. Daredevil isnt that high ranked Marvel wise although i say he can beat anyone in Marvel. Daredevil has the radar that gives him the precog-like abilities. Batgirl has the same(precog not radar) and did very well against Shiva. Whats that special move that Shiva does? Anyways, i say Shiva possibly 5.5 - 6/10. I dont know much about her and her abilities, but from what i hear, hes badass and owns.
Didnt she beat Richard Dragon, Batman or Bronze Tiger? Are they faster stronger more agile than her? I dont know the details. I certainly think DD has a chance.
