O.K, if Orion can get his ass handed to him by the likes of Captain Cold, then an immortal, master sorcerer, high-tier demon that can never truly die (resurrection, healing himself, etc...) like N'astirh is REALLY going to hand his ass to him; compliements of the demonic forces of Limbo on the house!!!

N'astirh either mind controls him to just kill himself, or simply turns him into another one of his demon servants to serve in his legion.

I always found that N'Astirh was "underused". He was a cool villain, even though I don't like magical villains (Mordo, Enchantress sick

)
