Distinguishing Features: Unusually large head by human standards

Superhuman Powers: Uatu possesses vast psionic abilities such as telepathy, energy-manipulation, and illusion casting. His superhumanly complex intellegence enables him to monitor activites throughtout Earth's solar system simultaneously. Uatu can transform his body into a form of unknown energy while still retaining his sentience for travel through hyperspace. Bolstered by treatment with "delta-rays," Uatu possesses virtual immortality, although he can die by losing the will to live.

Paraphernalia: Uatu uses a portel to observe alternate realities, and he also has access to an enormous array of artifacts and technology created by various alien races from throughout the universe.

Uatu stands absolutely no chance whatsoever at any single point or situation. Watchers are, albeit powerful, nowhere near those power levels.

We don't see what happened to the Watcher.

I'm not arguing for the Watcher by any means, I just don't think that scan demonstrates much..

Look at the picture right beside that...

Same pose, same landscape, except there is a skeleton (with a massive head), and the planet is being decimated.
