not if slade has his full arsenal... bullets might not kill wolverine, but they sure as hell stop him in his tracks a good bit of the time, and coming from an expert marksman, im sure they'd do a bit more than usual.

it all depends on the writer... as usual. sometimes a single bullet is enough to throw logan off balance, while a barrage knocks him on his back... then we have other writers that let nukes drop on the guy's head and he's fully healed within seconds...
this is a good fight.....i say team DC takes it though, only because of deathstroke, he takes out sabertooth and wolvie most likely takes down batman while lady shiva whoops up on elektra, so its lady shiva n deathstroke vs wolverine.....daethstroke and lady shiva take it
