Batman, Batgirl (Cass), and Wolverine vs. Daredevil, Captain America, and Sabretooth
Each team gets one hour of prep. Team 1 gets the prep in the batcave, and team two gets the prep in the Avenger's mansion. Who wins?

wow, good fight.. i say Batman takes on Captain America though and uses stealth and deception to confuse the cap and drops a couple of tear gas grenades, and while caps impaired, bats just beats the living snot out of him, cuz hes made vulnerable and they duke it out for a few minutes, but bats comes out on top via gas capsules....then, batgirl takes on DD which would be like a perfect fight, seeing as how they can both dodge bullets and predict their opponents moves, but batgirl eventually beats him via better martial arts skills and training since she was a little girl....and i think after a long, bloody battle w/ sabretooth as usual, wolverine will be the victor wit those claws of his Snikt!
