I think Dr. Strange would be found on a store shelf in the form of a kids toy.

I haven't read that comic ^ but in "Triumph and Torment" prepared Dr. Strange AND Dr. Doom had major trouble with Mephisto in his own realm and only survived because he got fed up with dealing with them. Outside of his realm hes a bit of a chump, guess it depends whos writing the fight and if its in Mephisto's realm. Mephisto should be more dangreous than hes usually written though.

Strange beats Dormammu just about every time they meet and Dormammu > Mephisto so Strange has my vote.
