Exaggeration til proven IMO. Besides, if she's as powerful as ST, Batman shouldn't have any chance at all.

Anyway, as long as they are not situated in a forest or anything that gives ivy home advantage, she shouldn't have a chance because of her street leveller constitutes. That is unless of course if Pete became careless...

she used her plant powers to pull Batmans jet out of the sky , and she was a couple floors down from the top of the building.
