yea thats what i think too...Bruce gets a few ICBMs from Wayne Enterprises n launchez em into the ocean like in Dark Knight Returns, scorches the sky thus, blocking the sun completely temproarily, making superman weak, so batman can take him h2h...and then bombard him w/ kriptonyte..and Spawn stops time, then speed blitzes marvel n breaks him in half n turns him into cosmic dust
