Not singlehandedly therefore thats irrelevant. On top of that since then She hulk and Titania have faced each other again numerous times and She hulk has bested her on every occassion. She hulk is now stronger than Titania. When they first fought she was class 75 to Titanias class 85. She Hulk is mid level class 100 now. As shown in her comics, She Hulk wins 10/10.
