Now these guy's go in their order , i'm not so knowledgeable about the magical characters so i could be wrong.

All the one's who are left are some where below the one's listed or I don't know much about them.

Before you say "well Strange beats mephisto so strange belongs above him" that's not true at all mephisto is a jobber to the extreme and is atleast skyfather he is fully capable of taking strange out.
