Hulk wins, but he'll walk funny for a couple of days. They are about equal in strength, but Hulk still has his healing factor, so I give the edge to Fixit, the meanest Hulk incarnation there is (well not really but you know what I mean).

If Grey Hulk is going against regular Thing then it will be like Savage Hulk against Abomination. Hulk will start out weaker but his rage will increase his strength to to superior levels before he can get beat.
If Grey Hulk has a rematch with Pineapple Thing it would go the same way as Fantastic Four #320 where Ben is so much stronger that he beats Fixit before he can attain sufficient strength to win
