It depends whos strikes first and how creative the magic team or Spawn can be...
REMEMBER....MAGIC is PART of Spawn's power, besides Necroplasm and virtual immortality and all.
Remember back then, when he fought Tiffany ? Tiffany was a hunter angel only second in talent to ANGELA.....he tricked her through magical deception.
She thought she had killed him, when in reality she killed nothing..an illusion. Afterward he took possession of all the wolves, bats, insects, and rodents.....to the point where they became demonic and had them eat her alive ! This was only like first age Spawn also.
Also he "ripped off "Jason Wynn's skin ; not quite. Spawn performed an illusion which made Jason Wynn think his skin was ripped off, but he did feel the pain and "reality" of it.
Spawn has also turned certain objects into something else, and created things out of nothing.
HE also has control over GreenWorld's gift, which is control over the elements, like EArth (which he used to defeat a weakened Urizen).
If he strikes first he can use that gift to open the Earth and swallow these magicians whole.
I doubt Dr.Strange can BAR him from using the gift with any spell, because the EARTH itself gave Spawn this gift, and unless Dr. Strange has higher jurisdiction than GreenWorld and Hell do, he cannot BAR ANY of Spawn's abilities.
