Cap. America vs Lex Luthor
ok lets start that Superman never came to Dc earth and that there never was a Superman vs Lex fued to start with... lets say that that's when Cap.America and Lex first and soon after a clash begins between them 2. fueding with eachother......so pretty much Cap is takeing the place of Superman in his role of of being Lex's arch enamy in the DC uniy what Superman his to the people.
Could Cap bring him down. Or would Lex take Cap out for good.
The JLA or big 7 in the time Cap is there, would look like this:
Cap.America .... note...Cap only gets there help if needed

Captain America would go down the same route as Captain Atom in the first issues of the Batman/Superman comics because of his patriotism and wouldn't be able to take the president down.

If he has that team to lead against Lex, with Batman assisting with strategy and finding dirt, I say they take him down, and probably faster than Superman.

Captain America has never been one to blindly follow his leaders. He would not allow Lex to become President period. He would have spoken up against him rather than allow it to happen.
Essentially Captain would take Lex out.
