which wonder man would win ? the one from DC or from MARVEL ?

also did DC take the name marvel man from marvel comics or did marvel take it from DC ?

I don't think that either stole the other's name.

I think that Captain Marvell (DC) was a genuine attempt at naming a character and that Captain Mar-vell was Marvel running out of good ideas. Which happened frequently I might add.
