It's arguable weather or noth TP would work on Vader, since his mind is part robotic is it not? (Or is it just his body?)
Im sure the force and his will power would also give him some resistance to a mind rape
However, I still think Jean takes a 7-8/10 given her mastery of TK and her flight ability.
While vader may be able to whip his lightsabre or throw small objects around, Jean can just dissassemble his armor with a thought, or crush him with objects he couldn't dream of moving.

Unfortunately for Jean, thats her only strong point, as she could barely lift Wolverine off the ground pre-Pheonix, meaning shes not stopping a lightsaber throw or force lightning while trying to attack at the same time, and Vader has far more fighting experience, not to mention his lack of morals against killing

Jean Grey is omega level mutant, she phoenix like abilities. Jean Grey will crack his helmet with a thought. Darth Varder will have heart attack fighting her, she will give him a mind bolt blast that would put him to sleep.
Jean's telepathy and telekenesis were better than Darth Vaders force abilities long before she ever became pheonix. Jean's telepathy is second only to Xavier's and her TK is rediculous. Force Fields about as strong as Sue Richards and she can lift a whole parking lot of X-Wing Fighters without too much trouble. Lets see Yoda do that.
Vader never reached his full pontential because he got ****ed in lava and 90% of his body became robotic.
If Vader/Anakin reached his full potential, he would have been as powerful as the ancient sith lords; ie. being able to destroy fleets of starships with just TK, moving PLANETS with TK, mind-raping to the most extremes, etc. They were Phoenix like levels.

That's what my brother said, if he reached his full potential he would be psylocke (telekinesis) and emma frost (telepathy) level, at best. People need to stop mixing up all the other media versions of Jean without Phoenix. She has cut loose plenty without Phoenix and is a force to be reckoned with. Yoda was the most powerful before Anikin, and that's all we have to go by. If you wanna go with the Jesus analogy, because he was born from immaculate conception, lets remember that Jesus was Gods avatar, and in marvel so is Jean.
