i think this would be a cool fight, and i would say spiderman would probably win it due to he's:
Faster
Stronger
More Agile
Has much quicker reflexes
got the Spidey sense
Able to wall crawl
Got Webshooters
but the way i look at it. spidey would come down on top of a building where wolverine is. and SNIKT! *swing, miss swing swing, miss* by wolverine, spidey could dodge his blows all day. but hows spidey gunna hurt wolvie with that adamantium skeletion of his w/o gettin hit w/ those claws, cause one swipe of those and it'd be the end for spidey.
stalemate IMO, unless Spiderman knows nerve strikes, and i dont think hes that much adavanced of a fighter. :/
the movie spider-man stopped a train, movie wolverine got normal abilities no fighting skills no nothing accept of the claws and the healing factor, and adamantium bones, movie spider-man will knock him all over USA
