ok ironman has 2 month prep to fight thanos but he also has the aid of these characters

silver surfer (vast knowledge out space technology)
thor ( do some god mojo on it)
high evolutionary
batman
dr fate

so who wins

IRONMAN in a new and more powerful armour vs thanos

Bruce, Tony, Reed, and Forge can come up with some sick armour with all kinds of crazy repulsor rays, radiation blasts, energy bolts, magnetic shields, and other stuff we've never even heard of.

Strange and Fate w/ two months can come up with and train Iron Man to use some magical spells or devices that would probably be pretty effective against Thanos.

Thor can grant his armour some asgardian semi god force or something i dunno

Silver Surfer and High Evo. well they can be Iron Mans trainers and strategists since both know very well what Thanos is capable of.

Put it this way if Reed can come up with somethnig to defeat Galactus Im sure he can whip something up to get at Thanos.

So it's still some type of technological armor vs Thanos.

If the fight goes on long enough, the armor would run out of juice, then it's Tony vs Thanos.
