Adam has the speed to avoid most He-Man's blows, plus his flight gives him an advantage.

But I'm not sure Adam could hurt He-man.

So;

ok battel cat has been shown in comics to go as fast as light speed sence he has the same power and source as he-man, he-man should by all rights be able to move at light speed also
