Spidey ( With the suit) vs Enraged Wolverine

Ok boys and girls, heres our stage. Spider-man is back in contact with the alien symbiote Venom. So, feeling like being a jacka** he stolls over to the Xavier academy and murders jean grey in from of ol Wolvie. Spideys got the suit, but Wolverine is in as much of a bloodlusted battlerage as he has ever reached in his looooooong life. Who takes it?
