Doomsday. He can adapt while alive and in a serious manner too.
Superman's first punch to Doomsday he barely felt, the second knocked him flat on his ass and he talked about how it was one of the hardest punches he felt.
Doomsday makes a great big 30ft streak out of these guys, and when they start to regenerate, he tosses them into the sun.
He probably is, normal Hulk has access to a dimension of limitless energy, whilst War Hulk through celestial tech had access to this + the heroes reborn universe, so drawing on energy from 2 universes.
Thats more the fact that he had celestail armor which has a very powerful output of mystic energies which can effect Juggernaut.
On topic though doomsday is all but physical power and these guys against him are quite able to match him in it in durability and strength. Juggernaut can take anything Doomsday dishes out and such.
Gender: Unspecified Location: Inside your computer
You seem to forget the fact that War Hulk had only Savage Hulk's base strength added to the celestial tech. War Hulk was smart and eloquent, and not exactly enraged (which is when Hulk's at his best) during the fight. Well, he could've been a bit agitated, but not angry. He was too cocky for that. And even if he was angry, the level he could archieve is limited by his intelligence. If anything, War Hulk relied solely on the energy from the HRU.

Just where do people get this whole "Hulk draws power from a limitless dimension" statement from?
Even if it was true, a second dimension of limitless energy seems redundant if one already has access to limitless energy. Would it otherwise be 2X limitless energy?
