who the hell cares? Superman has a healing factor too. and wendigo's not immortal in the sense that he lives on forever. He's immortal in the sense that he can die and come back reincarnated.

Actually he is immortal in that sense, he keeps coming back until the curse is broken.

Also maybe using Mauvais Wendigo would be best, the guy who Dr.Strange was afraid of.
