The Movie X-men vs. Movie Spider-man and villains and Fantastic Four.
Its a all out brawl in new york.Every X-men character Wolverine Cyclopes Storm Angel Beast Colossus Night-Crawler Ice-man Shadowcat Rouge Jean NOT Phoenix Toad Sabertooth Mystique Juggernaut Pyro Callistro Multiple-man and possibly Magneto.Now for team Spidy of course syboite Spider-man and 2 times the Goblin Green Doc Ock and the new villain Sand-man Venom by summation. And the Fantastic Four and Doom maybe Blade or Ghost-rider. to determine there strength by highs and low's of there films.

Sandman and Ghost Rider are the only two I can see beating Magneto.If one them manage to take him out team two might be able to win.But I don't know is Charles on the X-men team and what about Ladydeathstike?Enrico did you mean to put these two people on the X-men team because if not team two has a chance 50/50.
