i think that death could put up a fight take down 3 atleast before dying - he dazed the hulk witha headbutt
and he has celestial enhancements - ultra fast healing - but a canon or bomb will finish him

I'm not so sure about Deathrine's abilities.. I mena, he's able to launch psionic assaults, tear through titanium (Nate even reinforced it with his telekinesis). Cyclops' optic blasts didn't do anything to him.
Colossus' hits didn't do anything to him. He's able to launch EMP pulses. He is very tough SOB.
