Kingpin invades gotham
does the kingpin have what it takes to take over the gotham underworld with all the guys batman has to deal with it who are basically underworld masterminds in there own right. everyone gets there usual resources for example kingpin can hire bullseye of bullseye is one of his usual employes if he's only been hired once then no that wont work, like deathstroke if the penguin hired him alot of times in comics then sure he can come out but if not then no, deadshot maybe also might not count.

Well i dunno, maybe. But if an acrobatic blind lawyer can defeat him, im pretty sure a billionaire genius playboy and his companions can stop him.
