no, TOAA is all of those beings, he is there true creator (stan lee), the only one that may not be destroyed is pre ret beyonder, but if you think stan lee is truly TOAA as most do, then he would beable to retcon him as has already been done.............hope that makes sense lol!

our marvel family. including all of our "cousins" its our multiverse and any other "multiverses" such as new universe and ultraverse.
megaverses contain multiverses..
our universe, cannon and noncannon
multiverses can universese

TOAA is lord over Marvel. IE the megaverse. There is noone over TOAA, because TOAA is the supreme being of all that is marvel. including beyonder.
The beyonder is beyond "our" multiverse. it does not mean he is beyond our megaverse. he could be from new universe, or ultraverse... or anything else... just not from the multiverse that includes 616 earth.
TOAA dissipates everyone rather easily.
