1) Well-written Champion could pull it out 5/10.
2) Well-written Champion barely 6/10.
Thanos punked both of them when both had the power gems however that wasn't a well-written CHampion

Champion had the better of thor........ etc...... the only person to kick his ass was Surfer and Drax with power gem.
She-hulk etc... he didn't have Powergem, and PP his main powers.
it was maid clear that no one of the marvel powerhouse can take in in the ring with the powergem.

If you look back, Champ actually didn't have the power gem when he faught in Marvel Team up annual 10.

Thor is in Silver Surfer's level, and Surfer did away with Champion "easily".
