ok, abilities:
she could walk in the sun, being a genetically perfectioned vampire, she has incredibly good reflexes, theres apoiunt in wich there are like 20 guy surrounding her with guns, she didint have weapons, she beat them by dodging their bullets and letting them shoot each other by triying to hit her, she has a lot of strenght and speed, also she has a good regeneration factor, how good i dont know, not like logans but something like that, shes an insanely goos fighter, she beated like 15 vamps at the same time, one nice wirling slash with her blade.

gizmos and tech:
She has some bizarre technology that allows her to carry dozens of diferents weapons and a sword, also she has a tech tahat allows her to change her gravitational pull, ergo she can run up walls, be walking up in the roof, etc..

shes a very good figther, she went up against a facility nthat was home to 500 soldiers all eperienced to kill vamps and she killed all of them.

Is Blade bloodlusted? If so, he wins quickly. If not, Violet in a close match.

What about her durability?
Blade got smashed into walls, steel bars, bulletproof glass, jumped from rooftops without any null-gravity device and was still there ready to fight. Can she take as much as she can dish out?I mean Blade carries considerable firepower, 2 guns, a shotung, a modified Uzi, silver sticks, that boomerang blade, the titanium sword and the EDTA darts, he uses them in all the 3 movies.
If her genetic mutation makes her similar to a vampire, the EDTA should work. Also, in the strength sector, Blade has punched off their feet both vampires and men and sent them flying away from like 20 feet up into air or into the enviroment, damaging them and the things they crushed in.Blade dodged fireweapons bullets, Nomak's attacks, who's at least fast as Blade, and fought with La Magra, showing major speed in the sword fight, the katanas were making sparkles.

Ultraviolet. Much, much faster. She dodged bullets at point blank range from all possible angles...and somehow made the bullets hit the enemy.

Strength? They're about the same. Jumping of buildings, smashing through steel doors.

Durability? Like Wolverine. She can heal from almost any wound.

Like Blade also.Draco hasn't tyranus sayed she need that device which defy gravity to jump and foreso?
Blade use objects like platforms for leaping or just jumped from standing points without external help. She got at least the same punishment Blade received?
Much faster?Blade could keep up with Frost, until he begin to use the full range of his physical abilities, the sword fight, remember?I didn't see her in movie clips, trailers and so doing anything which make her more a threat than Nomak, or La Magra itself.
Drake got shot from Blade in the 3rd movie, he dodged the bullet from Blade and even blinked at him, making a joke of a speeding bullet from 10 feet of distance. This was Blade in his "human" form.Blade could keep up with him before he transformed in his monster form.

Oooh. I almost forgot her massive tech advantage ( I liked those handy print-out, paper cell phones...).

Ultraviolet didn't need any device to jump building to building. She did need tech of espionage and the like though.

Sorry, but Ultraviolet is much, much faster. I sat through this horrible anime-inspired movie, but I did admire her speed. She was surrounded by vampires with semiautomatic weaponery. She literally DANCED around the bullets. Later on she casually deflected bullets with her sword like Wonder Woman. She also speedblitzed about two dozen vampires before a hostage even began to fall when he was let go above a well. Blade's never displayed such speed. Frost? Frost was playing with him at first. Than he speedblitzed Blade and kicked him into a stone wall. He could of won if he wasn't so damn cocky and took his damn time....

Her tech advantage is also a major plus. Blade's stuck with 20th century tech (minus the laser scythe) while Ultraviolet has swords she can pull out of her thigh from two-dimensional space...

Have you seen the movie of ultraviolet??
she has dozens if not hundreds of weapons on her, she stormed the ministry for goodsakes, and she did it straight up fighting, there were 500 soldiers in total in the whole ministry, she killed them all, at the end the big boss had to fight himself.
and shes way better in a fight with swords.

She's not much faster , it's a technique called Gun Kata . It originated within the 'predecesor' or 'prequel' to UV called Equalibriam

Heres what wiki has to say....

Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically-predictable element. The Gun Kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents, while keeping the defender clear of the statistically-traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increased lethal proficiency makes the master of the Gun Katas an adversary not to be taken lightly."

Gun Kata, as a martial art, places emphasis on two tenets: shooting the enemy as efficiently as possible, and avoiding return fire. Hitting targets is a matter of knowing where enemy fighters are likely to be located in relation to the user, which removes the problem of aiming (especially at close ranges), not to mention allowing the user to defeat foes with pre-emptive fire before they can present a true threat. Avoiding return fire is also a matter of statistical probability, as Gun Kata users do not rely on bullet time-style evasions, but rather on avoiding the enemy's most likely lines of fire. In short, Gun Kata is the art of shooting where the enemy should be, while not being where the enemy should shoot.
