I supposed if he could think, move, and react as fast as the flash. And I suppose he could freeze him. ANd i'm not sure, but I think the flash can vibrate fast enough to heat himself and things up. He does have an enemy with cold powers if I"m not mistaken. I also think that the flash can scatter molecules far and wide, extremely fast. I could be wrong tho. but Iceman can't beat flash.

No at full potential this guy is temprature, he could make a new Ice age with a ppm of his powers. And he can certanly Take down beings like Thanos and some Celestials alone. -- At least if he gets the first strike.

Please explain ur choices to me. I really can't figure some of them out. I can't see Superboy beating exodus. Exodus was able to hold the avengers and the xmen hostage. And I don't see Hyperion Beating WW as she is far Superior to him in Skill, Weapons, Speed, and strength. I'll give you the silver surfer cuz every one in thier mother under estimates the green lanters.
Yeah you're right... Forgot that they have been in space where temprature... well it's very very cold (even plasma affected coments, which are blocks of ice dont melt.)
