Having a father that's Merlyn, safeguarding something, helping someone while powerless... Those aren't exactly feats.
What has she done under her abilities. Like what's her speed/reaction speed. Can she mind control someone with telepathy or blast them with psi blasts? Can she warp reality? Can she use telekinesis - if so, how much has she lifted? Can she absorb/redirect/blast energy - if so, how much? Can she cast magic - if so, what has she managed to do?
These are all examples of feats that need to be quantified in order to determine who would win.
Gender: Male Location: somewhere within time & space
I've seen her with a gesture, effortlessly reach into the Time-stream
and pluck beings out of different time periods, alive or dead.
She can re-form a soul, and with bare hands place it back in a body to give it life.
Definite telepathy and psi blasts, telekinesis (minor objects I've only seen)
Unfortunately there aren't too many feats,
but the best showing of her power was when Dr. Doom manage to steal most of her power,
and with it,
Dr Doom stalemated the Red Skull who had with the most powerful CCU I've ever read.
After a while, the CCU began to take the edge, but it shows that Roma's power is incredible,
if she was able to withstand and counter the CCU's massive reality bending abilities,
regardless if it was a temporary stalemate.
