they both have near instant ko attacks

Storm can obviously lightning strike ivy, which would likly end it

or

Ivy can cause the spore and mold life in Storms lungs to grow rampently and basically kill her through asthmatic shock

both bloodlusted, it has to be storm because lightning would move faster than the growth

The current idea is that she's nearing Swamp Things' level.[A coment from Batman, that her enveloping a skyscraper in plants was more something in Swamp Thing's league than her classic self] She even created a new planet being, who seems at least as lethal as Clayface, and it even has its own consciousness ehich seems to stem from the gathering of bodies and souls that it devours.

Meanwhile the league of assassin's have groups of ninjas who were given the Man-Bat serum. Generally enhancing them in every way physically and providing flight.

Batman's enemies are getting mean.

WTF Storm is known for standing up against great and power mutants, macines and Cosmic enities. Storm even had a stalemate with dark phoenix once. So I think storm takes it with great ease.
