Z's overrated a bit imo. And her fancy memory wipe that they made such a big deal of in Identity Crisis wouldn't work on Loki. Neither would matter manip, or most of her other tricks.
Nah, Loki's unfortunately a jobber a lot of the time, but a recurring Avengers/Thor villian isn't going down that easy.
