hand to hand, deadpool 10/10. with prep its hard to know. joker is so good against most heroic characters because hes insane and hard to predict, thats what makes him a perfect opposite to batman. joker can predict what batmans going to do becuase he knows how batman things. nobody knows how deadpool thinks, hes as crazy hell and joker might not be able to really prepair anything that would be effective because deadpool might do the stupidist most illogical thing he can think of, just because he can.
he might willingly walk into a trap because hes annoyed and wants some action, he might actually enjoy some of the jokers twisted humor. id say 5/5 with prep because i really cant imagine deadpool playing into anyones hands with any kind of predictable behavior.
counting 3 pple in MUniverse who can legitimately claim to predict Dp with certainty:

[C]& the man who restored Deadpools mind & Long term memory and responds to all of Wades witticisms with these words: "I know Wade."
Joker with that famed unhinged/connected mind might gain insight into Dp
Seriously, with prep Joker wins with little effort.
This is a guy who took has taken over the world on the drop of a hat.
He even took over the universe once.

yeah joker is to be taken lighty, prep, id say he wins hands down..
but without prep, id say deadpool 9/10..does joker carries knockout gas or something?
Guys Deadpool has a super healing factor. Anything Joker might do to him Deadpool would recover from in seconds...which would shock Joker right out of his purple pants(which might incidentally turn yellow lol)
