That ninja Nefaria was written as a teambuster for stong teams like the avengers. He handled thor fairly easily. I think he would wipe magneto out pretty quick. Remember he has 100X Power Man, Living Laser, and I believe whirlwind all three. That's a lot. I wish he would have lived longer and kick more tail before he returned to the trash can along with all other old comics (he died).
