I'm looking at Who Shazam and Dr. Fate Is. WW is Null in this fight until she summons up a good God wave blast or two. But Shazam and Dr. Fate Together is rediculous power. Shazam was able to put up a Good long fight against the Spectre. The Marvel team together can't do that.

It's More like a cosmic balance thing. besides, what were you thinking byputting someone that can't be affected by magic or physical harm against Three magical beings and one who attacks physically? How about If I put Professor X against the Robot Brainiac? you see how that looks? Besides, He can still be dealt with, one conjured natural Black hole to suck him away defeats him right fast.

She is immune to beings less powerful than Zeus. She can't be turned into anything. But WW still attacks physically. How can she beat someone who you say is immune to all of her attacks? barring the Lasso. But the Godwave isn't magical. It's actually cosmic and he still looses.
Most forms of harm including Magical according to the Bio. I also figured that If DC's magic beat Marvel's team then it would be the three against Jaekelsson

You dont' have to attack with Magic Directly. You can make magic do things naturally for a win. Collapsing a universe with magic isn't a direct magic attack. it's not the magic that will kill the inhabitants of said universe, but it's the collapse that will. Two Opposing Black Holes created by Shazam and Dr. fate should be enough to kill, crush, or Suspend Jaekelsson indefinitely. Fate and Shazam together is over kill on the DC side and WW isn't even a factor.
