I'm not exactly sure how spectre is in terms of DC's heriarchy but if Spectre just happens to be the DC's answer to the IG in terms of power, then Thanos makes it to Spectre in terms of power, but knowing Thanos he's probably clever and cunning enough to defeat Spectre.

If spectre is weaker than the IG, then Thanos clears it. No one else on that list really poses a threat to Thanos with the IG.

this is not debatable.

Even without the I.G. Thanos is smarter, higher endurance and a better physical combatant than Spectre, and no one else listed here is even in Thanos's league.
