ok, the fight is in NYC and theres 10 hours of prep.
pre-issue 50 Spawn, the first version of Spawn.
Spawn has: Large assault rifle(9.5mm), .50 caliber heavy machine gun, rocket launcher with rockets strapped to his arms and feet, 10 grenades, large .45 caliber machine pistol, bandoliers of bullets and nightvision goggles. oh yea and he also has all his powers, his cape, chains an all that.
Omega Red has all of his powers of course, his carbonadium coils, skeleton and armor.

Spite. Spawn is effectively unbeatable if he doesn't burn himself out or get his head cut off. Red can't win, partly because Spawn has no life to leech. Just necroplasm.
