Multiple Man, Cyclops Virses Magneto

A more "Classic" version of magneto
He cant use his powers for anything other than manipulateing metal objects, no "high end feats" such as black hole stuff, polarity, iron in blood, etc, strictly metal manipulation, and no levitation, no shields either.

Takes place in a large mall

Hath thy forgotten magnetos vast metal manipulation abilities?

not only can he shield himself with a piece of metal
he can strike people with it

its going to be hard for cyc to focus if hes being bombarted with scaffoldings and pieces of foundation
