The combination of Hiro, Peter and Sylar should be more than enough to get the job done.
Step 1: Hiro stops time
Step 2: Peter and Sylar work within the time freeze to secure the victory by slicing heads off.
A more fleshed out battle would probably go like this:
Isaac and Wireless could provide the advanced "scouting". Matt does reconnaisance, or becomes a double agent to learn about their weakness (aka - Kryptonite).
Plan of attack:
Step 1: Everyone wears a chunk of kryptonite. Wireless messes up Green Arrow's communication network.
Step 2: Smallville versions of Flash, Green Arrow, and Aquaman get distracted by Claire and Mohinder's scarf ; then get taken out by Niki/Jessica and DL.
Cyborg gets turned into a weapon by Micah and used to help take out the Aquaman and Flash.
Step 3: Hiro, Sylar and Peter team up on Superman. Freezing Clark in time would be least painful way to succeed, but trapping him in some kind of TK bubble might also work. There's always Matt and his wife who could just bore Superman to sleep!
Back up plan - Ted nukes the place knocking Superman out of the ring, and killing everyone else but himself, Peter, and the Claire.
just imagine hiro going all out crazy with his powers. He would be a scary guy to face. Or rather, you wouldn't even know what happened then you would find yourself severely wounded or even dead.
Not to mention the Haitian. In this kind of throw down he wouldn't be as usefull. But he's a great scout/silent assassin and could literally take out the entire team by himself.
The lucky ones would wake up the next day with a headache!
Just watched the latest "Heroes" ... Peter's really getting his sh!t together ... he still couldn't hurt Clark but pretty soon he'll be a good match for him.
