Matter manipulation has limits, a lot of people can manipulate matter...Cable, Power Cosmic users, etc. But they are not reality warpers, so while reality warping can encompass matter manipulation, matter manip. does not encompass reality warping...
If you want to believe knock your self out but reality warping is shaping matter into whatever you can imagine Cable and others are more along the lines of energy manipulators but these things aren't completely defined i guess so like i said believe what you will.

Reality warpers set their own rules for an area effect(personal,world, universe, etc) ie...pigs can fly, men can give birth. up is down and down is up,h2o makes dirt..etc..matter manipualtion is not the same...
Nobody claimed it was the same ever explain how they make pigs fly? Matter makes up just about everything you know to bend reality you have to manipulate matter thats all i said.
